Digs for Mineral Clubs
Diamond Mountain is offering a special FREE opportunity for mineral clubs!
Diamond Mountain is offering a special FREE dig opportunity to mineral clubs for the 2024 season!
Did you know the mine’s owners Larry and Deena met through their home mineral club in Massachusetts? We love creating opportunities for folks to explore the rockhounding hobby and to deepen their knowledge-- education is a huge part of our identity here at Diamond Mountain.
We are excited to open up access to our magical mountain in an even bigger way! Accredited mineral clubs from anywhere in the USA are welcome to book a hand tool digging experience for up to 20 people.
All club digs include an educational introductory tour that provides an overview of Herkimer geology, an orientation to our dig site, and tips on digging techniques to help your group plan for success!
