This listing is for a 13 piece lot of mixed size red-capped amethyst clusters from the world-famous Thunder Bay amethyst mine in Ontario, Canada.
This lot contains a nice variety of sizes, with most specimens in a small to medium size (4.5 to 10cm) and one large “statement” cabinet specimen (11 x 11 cm)
The clusters offered showcase great sparkle and a very high luster, and deep saturation of purple and red color color. The bold hematite inclusions that create the desirable “red cap” can be seen on most pieces in the lot. A few specimens are only lightly affected by hematite coloration.
